Shipping policy

Wholesale orders include free LTL freight with liftgate delivery to commercial addresses.   Special delivery requirements can be included for optional fees.   The most common fees are detailed below and can be included with your order at time of purchase in the Freight Services section.  It is important to include these services, if needed, to avoid additional fees and rebills by the freight carriers.  Any rebill that is incurred on the shipment due to non-disclosure of special delivery requirements is the responsibility of the customer and will be applied to your customer account. 

  • Residential Delivery: Deliveries to addresses that are zoned as residences (regardless of any commercial activities performed on the premises) will incur an additional charge of $100.  If your customer account was created using a residential delivery address, this charge will automatically be applied at checkout.  Otherwise, it must be added manually to your order to avoid delays.
  • Inside Delivery: Freight carriers will generally not deliver products beyond 15 feet from the delivery vehicle or cross the threshold of a building structure.   If you require assistance with the use of a pallet jack to place your delivery inside a warehouse or garage, Inside Delivery must be requested when the order is placed.  
  • Restricted Access: If the delivery location is in a gated or restricted access area (i.e., storage facility), a restricted access charge will apply.   This does not include delivery to a gated residential community where a residential delivery charge is already applied.
  • Delivery Appointment: A delivery appointment is needed if special arrangements are needed to make someone available to receive delivery.  This also applies to business that are not open during conventional delivery hours (8am-5pm).   If, for example, your delivery location is a shop that opens at 10am, please include a delivery appointment to avoid expensive redelivery charges.
